After 12 years in Martinborough the owners wants to slow down. Martinborough is well known for its food and wine festivals and its fair, all which take place right outside the premises. The restaurant can seat 40 in the main conservatory, and 30 in the backroom, which is also used for conferences. The Garden Bar which gets the last sun in the evening seats some 50 people, and joins on to the Wine Bar. We have been child friendly and because we were the third restaurant to open in Martinborough we have a very good relationship with the local people. We have a reasonable rent paid monthly and can see a lot of potential for the new owners. We have super staff some who have been with us for 8 years and more.
