Property Buyers - Private Sale Property Listings

If you want to buy a home or property, then buying via a real estate agent or directly from the property owner won't make any difference. The process is pretty much the same - you view the property for sale and if you like it, you negotiate with the property owner, settle on a price and any other basic conditions such as when you want to move in, and then it's up to the lawyers to sort out the paperwork - simple!
An added benefit is that the homeowner also knows their own property the best. They will be able to answer all of your questions - what direction does the sun come up from, when was the insulation installed, what are the neighbours like etc.
