Your Advertisement
Our standard unit advertisement is 84mm x 72mm. Ads can be taken singulary (per issue) or grouped. Have a look at the publication to see what others have done.
The smallest size possible is the standard unit (84mm x 72mm).
Factors that can influence your choice of ad size are…
- The size of your house, and what size photo will feature it well. It may be that you house requires more than one exterior photo.
- Pleasant views or garden features, e.g. a view of the city, mountains, gardens or an adjacent park. If this can be photographed well it can be included with your ad.
- Are there any especially attractive interior rooms or features? These can be vitally important to prospective buyers and can be made prominent.

Photography...From $70.00
Have our photographer take several photos for you to choose from - Use them for your ad, the internet, or your brochure. For larger ads you can take advantage of our technique of 'stitching' photos together into a panorama.
Full colour street sign - $195.00
If you are serious about selling then people have to know your home is For Sale. Buyers will often drive around a suburb they wish to buy in. A professional sign indicates a professionally marketed home.
