HomeSell - Real Estate Admin & Listings Coordinator
Location: North Shore based
Hours: 20–30 hrs/week (school hours considered)
We are a small, high-touch real estate agency / marketing company based on the North Shore, Auckland, seeking a capable and organised Real Estate Admin & Listings Coordinator to run the day-to-day operations of the office and manage all property listings from setup through to campaign delivery.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and is confident dealing with people.
Key responsibilities
- Preparing and managing property listings end-to-end
- Creating signboards, brochures and listing marketing materials
- Some editing of property photos and preparing files for print
- Managing and updating our Rex agency CRM
- Handling inbound phone calls and client enquiries
- Coordinating signage, couriers and marketing logistics
- General office administration and support
About you
- Previous experience in real estate admin or similar role preferred
- Confident phone manner and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Comfortable using multiple computer systems
- Experience with InDesign / Photoshop (or similar) highly regarded
- Calm, reliable, and able to work independently
